Legacy 

The International Council of PsychoCorporal (Bodymind) Integration Trainers (ICPIT), founded by Jack W. Painter, PhD in 1988 is the preserver of the legacy of his writings, teachings, and artifacts.

The collective works concerning the different methods he developed: Postural Integration®, Energetic Integration® and Pelvic-Heart Integration® are seen as a valuable contribution to mankind, to be preserved and shared with the world. ICPIT continues to gather, archive, preserve, consolidate, publish and teach the legacy of the Founder of three Bodymind Integration methods, Dr. Jack Painter.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property (or “IP”) is a category of property that includes intangible creations of the human intellect, and primarily encompasses copyrights, patents, and trademarks. It also includes other types of rights, such as publicity rights, moral rights, rights against unfair competition and trade secrets.

• ICPIT owns Trademarks/Service Marks

Postural Integration® (PI), Energetic Integration® (EI) and Pelvic Heart Integration® (PHI) are registered service marks owned by ICPIT. Trainings, Teachings, Workshops and Individual or Group Sessions in any of the mentioned methods can be conducted by CERTIFIED PRACTITIONERS, Master-Practitioners and Trainers. PI, EI and PHI can be practiced after having obtained a Certificate in compliance with International Training standards. The aforementioned names (Postural Integration®, Energetic Integration® and Pelvic Heart / Pelvic-Heart Integration®) may not be used by non-certified practitioners. The Council may, in its discretion, authorize use of the Postural Integration®, Energetic Integration® and Pelvic-Heart Integration® mark by other organizations or persons, such as affiliate organizations and chapters if deemed necessary.
